You have been developing schedule plans and researching and creating tools that will help you prepare for your RHIT Exam. It’s now time to think about what type of challenges and barriers are going to block you from succeeding. Identify these issues now and make a plan on how to overcome them so you can be ready.
Things get in our way, that’s just the way life is. With this course only being 5.5 weeks in duration, time management is critical. Family demands, kids, work, unexpected events like the car breaking down; we all have them. Now is the time to plan for how you will handle them. Talking with your family members and friends can help you have a “back up plan” ready to use when these events impact us. It’s only for 5.5 weeks but these are critical weeks for you to prepare for your RHIT Exam.
For this project, discuss the type of challenges and barriers that are occurring or could occur and address these challenges and barriers in a table like the one below. As you complete your table, share how you consider multiple ways to solve the problem. For instance, describe how you have back up childcare and plan B established for each scenario (internet outage/sick kids). Be creative in proposing new ideas.
