The CISO is not sure a process for doing this is worth the investment, as the firm has already invested in the BYOD system. You want to convince him that your strategy is well worth the investment, as it can prevent privacy and content modification attacks.

Instructions:

  1. You will be explaining that SSL/TLS vulnerabilities do exist and that you want to put a process in place for verifying that every app that goes onto the Enterprise App Store doesn’t have the risk of sensitive data in motion being compromised.
  2. You will use CERT’s Transport Proxy Capture Application (Tapioca) to defend your position. The mobile device platform used will be Android.
  3. You will be presenting your process as a strategic measure to protect your company’s data. The audience will be the CISO and the IT team responsible for managing the BYOD system.
  4. Your Assignment will be in the form of a PowerPoint presentation. Each slide should have notes in APA form.
