Assignment: Write a memo to me describing and explaining your résumé and cover letter assignments. In this memo, you must discuss (at the very least):
How did you choose the content to put in your résumé? Was there something you left off and, if so, why did you not include it? Is there something on your résumé that, reflecting on it now, you should have left off? If so, why? How will you incorporate my commentary of the resume?
Reviewing the two assignments now, find at least one item in both your résumé and your cover letter that you believe you should have done differently. Describe what each one is, why you would do each differently now, and what you would do differently in each case.
For your cover letter, how did you choose the content for the letter? What sort of tone did you choose to use in the letter and why? Do you think that your cover letter adequately introduced you to HR and complimented the content of your resume?
