Retrieved June 14, 2015, from http://espn.go.com/collegesports/story/_/id/6768571/legal-issues-arise-paying-student-athletesI am interested in the different methods that are going to be used if college athletes were to get paid. There are legality questions I have as well such as hiring agents and different types of clauses they havesuch as getting paid to win a National Championship. How do they determine what type of player earnswhat. Does the quarterback make more than a offensive guard or do they pay them all same. There are alot of unresolved issues in football and in basketball to pay them. This interests me because I particularly think that college athletes should not be paid because theirtuition is already paid for and it will limit the amount of other sports that schools can host because all ofthe athletic money will be going towards paying the athletes from the more popular sports.
