I believe that for teams to work well together, it is very important that each member has the same mindset. Molding a teams values, ideas, and views, as said by the chapter, can be very important for team success. Being in teams that do not carry these same traits can be very difficult to work with, as perceptions of workload, time of submissions, and overall deliverable can change with different tasks. With the teams I worked with, the more we each had an understanding of where we stand as a team, the better we worked. However, I had also unfortunately been in teams where there was one or two people that didn’t see eye to eye with everyone else, which put us behind.
