In the healthcare system today, patient transfers and different interfaces among several healthcare providers with different educational degrees and training in occupations are common. A patient may interact with 50 other employees during their hospital stay, for instance, nurses, technicians, physicians, and others. Effective clinical practice necessitates several times in which vital information must be delivered effectively as a result. It is important for the team to be collaborative. The best implementation for everyone involved is to use a zero-tolerance policy for nurse bullying. Experienced employees and new hires should be provided an orientation by team leaders and a professional psychologist. Employees can be supplied with more information in the form of a PowerPoint presentation or an email that they can refer to at their leisure. All employees may be given a quiz to validate their understanding throughout the orientation. Once a staff member passes the examination, the findings can be transmitted immediately to the unit manager. The results of the test will be delivered to the unit manager. The transformational leadership strategy will help bring the staff together to work at decreasing nurse bullying and create a safe environment for both nurses and patients.
