In the 20th century, we saw the rise of Social Darwinism, Totalitarianism, the ebb and flow of imperialism, and the formation of the European Union.
How did these ideas and events reshape the idea of nationalism, identity, and citizenship that you wrote about in Module 3? Your final draft should expand on your essay in Module 3 and incorporate the sources you used as well as any additional material you find relevant to the topic.
