You have engaged in weeks of peer dialogue, written papers, and had the opportunity to critically think about how organizations and the personnel within them “behave”. This week I would like you to reflect on what aspect(s) of the course impacted you the most. What did you learn that surprised you? Were they any “Ahhh” moments when things began to click on why something in your past work experience happened the way it did now that you have the theory behind it. Ultimately, what you have gained from this course is a toolbox for you to use throughout your career as you progress. Best of luck!
