The CEO has been told by an employee that he might be able to reduce his phone bill if he was to introduce VoIP. He has almost no idea what VoIP is but knows it may save him money in the long run and has therefore commissioned a report into the feasibility of its introduction into the company. As there are several competing technologies you should compare the advantages and disadvantages of each and conclude the report with a recommendation. You should also include a list of possible additional equipment you might need to purchase and how you might go about putting in such technology which won’t disrupt the teaching of students.
