Love is one of the most desired feelings by humans. Love can be truly beautiful or painfully devastating. “First Love” by Emilia Pardo Bazán and “A Slight Misunderstanding” by Daniel Brauer each tells a story of love and its felt emotion.

This course helped me to understand literature by exploring the different genres. I would not normally read any fiction literature but I have found some quite interesting stories. These stories require a lot of imagination and creativity. It is so creative that it seems real at times. This class has also opened my mind up to poetry reading. The art of poetry is beautiful. I am a little more open about reading different types of literature now
