Attached is a file with the full question , what i have done so far and pictures for the xsl.

Please help me to complete this. I have deadline today.

  • Prepare XML document based on the following situation.
  • Prepare 3 samples data for patient, medication and doctor.
  • Use IDREF appropriately to reference the data in XML.
  • Set unique number/ID/registration numbers as required.
  • Use attribute appropriately to represent the data.
  • The format for gender is either ‘M’ or ‘F’. Put it as part of attribute.
  • Use ‘entity’ to store doctor’s specialization.

The patient at INTI hospital receives medications that have been prescribed by the doctor. The patient is described by their unique medical number, first name, last name, gender and medication received. The patient can receive one or many medications in a day. The medication is described by the name, company manufacture and drug registration number. The patient may be treated by one or more doctor. The doctor can be recognized by their registered number, their first name, last name and specialization.

Task 2 (1.5 marks):

  • Continue with document in Task 1.
  • Prepare DTD document. It must be validate according to the XML document.
  • Use appropriate declaration for XML element, attribute, attributeType and entity.

Task 3 (2 marks):

  • Continue with document in Task 1.
  • Prepare XSLT document. Display the data in HTML table. (see figure 1 below)
  • Further modify the XSLT document to include the following criteria. (see figure 2 for sample final output):
    • Change background for all <th> element.
    • Change background color depending on patient’s gender.
    • Sort Patient data by patient’s first name.
    • Sort Doctor’s data by their registration number (in descending order).
    • Check if the patient received more than ONE (1) medication, then include a comma (,).
    • Check if the patient treated by more than ONE (1) doctor, then include a comma (,).
