Element 1: Answer the following in a well written comprehensive answer (no less than 350 words).
- For both the Core Five Personality test and the EI assessment, discuss your exact results (provide the numerical and categorical results). Did you feel the assessments accurately measured your personality and EI? Discuss each personality trait and the 4 dimensions of EI and note evidence from your life supporting or noting your disagreement with the results.
- After watching the video in MyLab, discuss whether you think EI is different from intelligence and personality. Do you agree that EI can be taught? After watching the video here, discuss whether you would feel comfortable with a company using your personality traits or your EI score to hire you? Aside from hiring, how can companies use this information on your personality and your EI?
Element 2: Cite a concept/idea/data from the chapters tied to this assignment (chapters 4 and 5) to support your answer. Include the page number in parenthesis and make sure it is clearly explained what you are referring to within the text. Remember avoid general quotes or definitions…find data/concepts that support your answer!
