In other words, your program will need to ask the user to enter 10 numbers and store them inside of a list. If the user enters a non-number, you must display a message and keep on inputting numbers. If the user enteres a number that is already in the list, you should display an error and keep on inputting numbers.

Once all 10 numbers have been entered by the user, you will need to print out information about the numbers the user input. You will need to display the largest number, the smallest number, the average, and the list of numbers in decreasing order.
