Morgan Systems Inc., a newly form company has hired you to create an order entry system you conduct interviews to gather the information. taking order from customers requires being able to perform 3 tasks: (1) gathering customer information which include recording the customer’s name, address, telephone number, and email address, (2) presenting customers with information on available products, and (3) taking customers orders. You are told that you will need to be able to implement reports showing what orders were placed by customers and you have been told to be certain to maintain the data needed for the reports. 

Information on product availability is maintained in an inventory management system (Ms). The director of IT has informed you that you will be able to interface directly with the IMS to obtain information on available products. You learn from your interviews that the two human users of the system are managers (who want to obtain reports on orders placed) and customers (who want to review available products and make purchases).
