Logic Model Feedback

– Activities: These are the actual activity/activities of your event/program. What will be seen/done with the program? Is it a 1-time event? If so, your activity will be the event itself. Is it a program that provides housing and furniture? Then your activities are to provide housing to veterans and provide furniture and other necessities to veterans. Some of these where you mention exposure and awareness are more like your outcomes.

Participants: This is only those using the program. Who is benefiting from what you are proposing? Some of what you have listed here seem more like the inputs.

Short-term outcomes: When you say “learning, awareness, and motivation,” what does that mean? Awareness of what? Motivation for what?

Long-term outcomes: My only question on these is about the last bullet. I’m not sure I understand what that is meaning. Does it mean increase in positive social, economic, and environmental conditions of a homeless veteran? Might just add something to clarify that one a little.

Narrative Feedback:

Research of Evidence Based Practice: On this part, I see the research of how supporting veterans is important. How will your program specifically meet the need? What research out there shows that what you are proposing could be successful or has been successful in other areas? (Find an APA article that will support this and cite it)

On your stakeholder analysis, specifically who are the stakeholders and what is each role that they play in making this program a success?

In the narrative, include your goals/objectives for the program. This is outlined in the logic model with your outcomes, but the narrative allows you to expand on the goals of your program in more detail.
