The idea behind this debate is that leisure should or should not be regulated. Using resources, you should create a strong stance

on why or why not smoking; television, gambling, marijuana, prostitution, or drinking should be regulated (choose only one).

Underlying the arguments for and against government regulation are 2 sets of very different assumptions about the nature of

human beings.

If you are arguing for government regulation of what people do during their free time or even their work/school time, what
