I guess because these things canevoke different reactions, I am curious how the steps played a factor in youroverall approach?

As Iread over your posting, I thought about how much stress we would alleviate fromourselves if we would just stop over thinking situations so much. I think inmany cases the worrying over a condition that may or may not be as worst as weinitially think causes us so much unnecessary stress. I recall readingsomething where is stated that half of the things we stress over never evenoccur. So as you pointed out, the bill that you were concerned about wasalready paid. So that extra brain matter you used could have gone to completingyour school work. But as the reading points out, if you can just define theproblem, then find the solution that resolves the issue. I know it sounds sosimple, but it may not always be easy to just implement. What challenges do youbelieve you may have in implementing the problem solving approach into yourdaily life? Why or why not?
Iappreciate your honesty as you pointed out it is not easy to just implementthese steps into your everyday life. I attribute these types of steps as thegoal to aspire too. But in order to change the behavior that we have we mustrecognize what we are doing currently. You noted that when you engage in makingdecisions, you are too emotional. As we have discussed, emotions can be helpfulin some regards, but it can also hinder the situation in others. So it isimportant to be able to we recognize how we approach matters that heighten oursense of thinking. It will be a challenge but because you have anunderstanding of the issue then that makes a difference on the directionyou take. Do you believe that the steps are something that you seeyourself incorporating as you address concerns in your careerlife?
