What type of communication tool would you use to present your idea and why?My initial communication would start with a general meeting of involved parties and upper management and deliver my idea to improve patient care through oral and visual means. I would present and support my idea using an attractive and eye-catching power point presentation along with verbal emphasis. I would communicate effectively this way to build awareness about the need for the improvement and also the benefits this new idea would bring. By using a power point presentation it creates a visual message which sometimes is more suitable to catch and keep the interest of your audience (Theriault 2013). After the presentation is through allow time for questions and feedback.
