  2. For a couple of potential collaboration models, identify who the specific players might be, and analyze the collaboration:
    1. What type of collaboration might make sense? (e.g., joint venture, licensing, etc.)
    2. What resources do the parties bring to the collaboration, and what do they expect to gain?
    3. What are the pros and cons of this type of collaboration?

This should add 2-3 pages (single-spaced, about 800 -1300 words) to your document to cover all the topics requested. A table form (at least for question 2) may work well to clearly display all the required material.

References should, again, include pointers to any source you referenced (whether you quoted it or just used its ideas). Be consistent with your citations.
