The Leadership Self-Assessment Quizzes are an important component of the Written Exercise for this module. The quizzes are intended to reveal certain personality traits and leadership behaviors that you may not be fully aware of. Now that you have study a basketful of ideas about enhancing teamwork, you can add to your skills repertoire by implementing a few of these tactics. The next time you are involved in group activity, as either the leader or a group member, attempt to enhance cooperation and teamwork within the group. Make so specific use of at least two of the recommendation tactics for Improving teamwork. Make An injury in your journal after your first attempt to enhance teamwork.
During the next week, find three people to recognize and observe how they react to your recognition. For example, if a server gave you fine service, explain after the meal how much you enjoyed the service and leave a large -than-average tip. Observe the responses of these people-both their facial expressions and what they say.
Submit a written report that covers both the portfolio building leadership skill- building exercises. The report should also incorporate your findings and conclusions from the self- assessment quizzes in this module, and from personal reflection. The exercise must conform to the requirements of APA formatting, to include cover page (running head, page number, title, author, university), a table of contents, APA-level headings and subheadings, proper in-text citations, and a reference section at the end. 1000- words.
