DescriptionPrepare a paper analyzing the Strategic Management Process. Begin with a brief introduction that explains who your target enterprise is and what business it conducts. Next, include the following three components in your paper:
Part 1: Focusing on your instructor-approved target enterprise as the context, describe and explain each element of the Strategic Management Process.
Part 2: Analyzing each element in the Strategic Management Process, explain how your target enterprise engages in each of the activities contained in the process. If they do not engage in an element, explain why not, and whether or not the enterprise would benefit and how if it did.
Part 3: Identify and explain which of the Strategic Management Process elements your target enterprise executes best and why. Explain how it benefits from this strategic competence. Then, identify and explain which Strategic Management Process element presents the greatest challenge to your target enterprise and why. What are the implications to the enterprise because of this challenge?
NOTE: As explained in the Section 1 introduction, you will build a final project analysis throughout this course which will include resource citations in proper APA format. Be sure to build your reference list as you progress through each course assignment by adding any sources used. Your final paper will include the complete reference list as part of your submission.
Support your paper with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
