Create two simple hypothetical case study scenariosusing different health issuesfrom those used in your first assignment. The health issue can be one highlighted in recent government or health authority reports (150 to 200 words will be needed for this scenario). Consider the cultural and socioeconomic background of eachcase studysubject and their geographical location. You select the age gender socioeconomic circumstance education level family background and any other social factors that may impact on health and wellbeing.
Analyse each case study to determine the health concerns the health issue and the underlying causative factors that impact on the development of the health issue and on the health outcomes of the stakeholders in this case study.Identify the inequities and social justice aspects of the health issue for each case study. You must consider the sociocultural and community environmental factors that have impacted on eachcase and all dimensions of health including the physical social emotional cognitive occupational and spiritual dimensions to determine the causative factors.
Part B: Recommendations and Justification20 %Word Limit: 1600 words total. (800 words for each case study)
Recommend effective health promotion action to address eachhealth issue and the underlying causative factors in each case study you have created. Utilise the Ottawa Charter action areas social justice principles and a strengths based approach to formulate your recommendations. Your recommendations will be specific to the actual case studies you have created.
Consider the enablers and barriers to your recommendations. To do this realistically you will need to place yourself empathetically in the role of the case study and consider what is actually achievable. Remember that developing personal skills or utilising any one action in isolation is rarely effective. Also consider that banning or prohibiting actions or behaviours does not address the underlying causes and may not be successful especially if used in isolation.
Justify your recommendations using substantiating research evidence.
