proposed using a social bot on various social networking sites to interact with potential customers.

These bots will handle first responses with customers who express an interest and respond to simple

questions. Conduct research regarding the use of social bots in business.

 Write a comprehensive report to the CEO explaining the ethical concerns raised in using this

type of interaction and determine whether the company should employ this policy.

 Defend your position using at least one of the ethical theories discussed in your Unit 1
