In this assignment you play the role of an IT Business Analyst, tasked with assessing a business problem and devising an appropriate IT solution to suit the needs of various stakeholders.
During the module, you will interview stakeholders from the case-study organisation to assess their needs and to understand the challenges and opportunities involved in the problem that needs to be solved. The interviews will be video recorded so you will be able to watch them afterwards.
You will then apply the models and theories learned in the sessions to analyse the problem, write a short business case demonstrating how needs will be met and how any anticipated problems with execution will be managed.
