Need assistance with the creation of this app.

- The settings/setup screen for entering information such as beginning weight, height, gender, goal weight, goal weight target date.
- The main screen with statistics including current weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), average weekly weight loss, weight loss to date.
- A weight entry screen to allow the user to make an entry including information such as weight and date.
