This discussion board will provide you the opportunity to create the questions you will use for your final interview, as well as build an actual electronic survey.
Review the instructions for interview project, which is Due Week 5 as well as the materials listed below on interviewing.

Create the 10-question survey which will be the basis for your interview using SurveyMonkey. Your survey should meet the following criteria:
Introduction with the name of the organization you are interviewing, what type of interview you will be conducting, and what is the goal of your interview (ie: what is tt that you want to learn).
Your questions should allow you to gather the information you need to accomplish the goals of the interview. Questions should follow some of the best-practices listed in the sheet below as well as this week’s materials.
Create the survey so that your instructor and classmate can rate your questions, with an appropriate 5-point Likert-type scales (e.g. strongly disagree – disagree – undecided – agree – strongly agree). No more than two types of rating scales for the 10 questions.
Items must be effectively formatted with precise / appropriate sentence structure.
