The Beyond budgeting Philosophy at Apple lnc. and Netflix.

Although Apple Inc. and Netflix do not specifically use the beyond budgeting philosophy, their approach to employees is similar. By using flat management structure and believing in your employee, by removing the office politics and by creating a culture of excellence and trust, you can actually reduce your cost of human capital. The principle is called ‘Talent Density’. By securing and retaining one good employee, you can save employing five additional staff that are just average at their jobs. The concept is that trust attracts excellent employees. However, one notifiable difference between Apple lnc. and beyond budgeting approach is that they use very strict line of command regarding the flat management structure.
