Social psychology response
Combine the phenomenon discussed in chapter 1 — We Construct Our Own Social Reality — with another notion introduced in chapter 1 which will, hopefully, end up being one of the major themes of this class: Social Psychology in Everyday Life. That is, pick some event or issue from the media (let’s say the last 4 months) and discuss how the person/people involved have clearly used their personal bias(es) to create their own social reality in — reporting, explaining, predicting or simply relating something that has happened.
