Your company offers on-site leisure and recreation opportunities for all staff to increase health and well-being and make teams work better together. You are designing a fun, team-building recreation activity for 100 people that vary in age from your youngest staff member who is 22 years old to your oldest team member age 65.
The employees tend to clump into two large groups of 25-35 year olds and another group around 45-55 years old. You’ve noticed lately that the 45-55 year olds aren’t participating in many of your company activities, and when they do the two age clusters don’t mix a lot. Based on your reading and the videos:
